Vinayak Damodar Savarkar, also known as Swatantryaveer Savarkar, was a freedom fighter and an Indian independence leader and politician who coined the Hindu nationalist ideology of Hindutva. “Hindu Pad Padshahi,” refers to the idea of establishing a Hindu monarchy or a Hindu kingdom.
