Ageing Gracefully There was a time when India was known for the reverence its elders enjoyed in the society. The younger generation always looked up to its seniors as it believed that wisdom and maturity of the seniors was the result of distilled experience of many years in all departments of body, mind and soul. Unfortunately, the wheel of time has turned in a manner that both the elders as well as the young have moved far away from that wonderful path of bliss, happiness, peace and tranquility.
